Foreign Trade & Shipping Procedures

DELIVERY TERMS

Incoterms 2020 Standards

We operate under standardized foreign-trade contracts that clearly define each party's responsibilities:

  • FCA Istanbul (İkitelli Depo): The buyer collects the fully documented cargo from our warehouse, with the EX-1 export declaration already closed.
  • CPT / CIP (Destination Point): We deliver by road or air freight with insurance covering 110% of the cargo value.
  • DAP (To Customer's Warehouse): Full delivery to your facility gate, together with the complete customs document set.
CUSTOMS & CERTIFICATION

Shipment Documentation

Every industrial cargo batch is accompanied by the following legal document set:

Export Declaration (EX-1, Beyanname): Official confirmation of departure from the Republic of Turkey.
Certificate of Origin (ATR): Confirms the Turkish factory origin of the goods.
Technical Passport & CE/EAC: Factory test protocols and warranty certificates.
