How we work with customers

All cargo arrives at our İkitelli (Istanbul) terminal. Our engineering team verifies mounting flanges, shaft diameters, assembly drawings and electrical ratings. Customers receive a detailed photo/video report of factory nameplates and packaging.

Payments are accepted in Turkish Lira (TRY), Euro (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) under a direct foreign-trade contract with our Turkish company, via state and international banks in Turkey.

Yes. Every export shipment includes the original export declaration (EX-1 / Beyanname) confirming official departure from Turkish customs territory, along with an international CMR and packing list.
